riteSCAN 6 System & Hardware Requirements

riteSCAN 6 can be used in a variety of environments—including computer workstations, tablets, touch screens, and hand-held mobile devices that meet the hardware system requirements listed below.

Platforms Supported

  • SYSPRO™ version 6.0 Issue 10, 6.1, 7.0 and 8.0  
  • Windows Server 2012 or higher
  • Microsoft Azure SQL® in the cloud; Microsoft SQL Server® 2012 or higher on premises
  • IBM C-ISAM®
  • Windows® 10
  • Android 5.1 and higher

recommended HAND-HELD DEVICES

The following devices are recommended for handheld use.

  • MC3300
  • MC9300
  • TC52
  • TC8000

If you don’t see your device listed, contact us for more information. riteSCAN may be compatible with your device, but not yet certified. Microsoft has sunset the Windows Embedded Handheld and CE operating systems. Please contact us to see if your Windows device (e.g., MC92NO, MC9090, CK75, or CK 71) is still compatible with riteSCAN 6.
