Meet Our CEO
Bruce Hagberg – With more than 25 years of software development and international business management experience, Bruce has worked for riteSOFT, RTE, and Wolters Kluwer Financial Services to produce software solutions that improve operational efficiency and increase profitability. As a former accountant with a B.S. in Finance from St. Cloud State University, he understands the importance of the bottom line.
Bruce purchased RTE in 2006, changed the company’s name to riteSOFT, and helped direct the development of riteSCAN, the leading mobile warehouse solution for SYSPRO. When he’s not busy generating ideas to help manufacturers and distributors optimize their operations with easy-to-use software applications, you can find him riding his bike on the Lake Wobegon Trail in Minnesota.

Bruce was named the Small Business Owner of the Year in 2020 by the St. Cloud Area Chamber of Commerce.

Our Community Involvement
riteSOFT cares about the community it serves. Our staff donates hundreds of volunteer hours each year. The company also participates in Minnesota’s Adopt a Highway Program to help protect the environment and keep the ditches free from litter. We picked up 46 bags of trash in 2023!
riteSOFT recently sponsored the Central Minnesota Manufacturers Association’s 2023 Golf Social. This event raises funds for local youth programs and scholarships. Creating the next generation of skilled workers is an important initiative for the manufacturing industry.
